Lorena Donnellan

With a background of more than twenty years of experience in education as a Master Reading Teacher, teacher coach, and trainer, Lorena has had an opportunity to work with a variety of audiences. She understands how factors such as culture, motivation, engagement, and prior experience play a major role in learning.  Lorena is committed to building on the strengths of educators to create schools where all students and adults are valued and successful.  She loves the way Catalyst Approach strategies align with her beliefs that respect and trust are the foundation for success and developing meaningful relationships. In her spare time, Lorena enjoys traveling, and has been fortunate enough to experience more than fifty countries and their cultures.
