Why did the website change?
The new system has new features that will be much easier for clients to interact with, especially when completing an on-demand course. In addition to a refreshed look, most of the other new features will be happening behind the scenes.
How does the website transition impact clients who previously started an on-demand course and were still in the middle of it?
The old course platform will no longer work. You’ll need to create a new account to access the new version of the course. You will not have to pay for access again. We will do our best to communicate with the known clients in this situation to provide detailed instructions.
How does the website transition impact clients who previously completed an on-demand course on the old website?
You won’t be able to go back to the old platform. If you need a duplicate CEU certificate, you can contact us to get one.
How does the website transition impact clients who are starting a new on-demand course ?
We may request that you test new features for us to help the process go even smoother for other clients.
What if I received a link from the Catalyst team that is no longer working?
It may not exist on the new platform, but we can help you find whatever you need.
What if I’m experiencing a problem that is not referenced above?
