During his time at Minneapolis Public Schools, Jake implemented Catalyst strategies, welcomed visitors from other schools, and coached fellow educators. He loves the way that Catalyst empowers, inspires, and sparks excitement in teachers and serves students well. When he’s not jamming out on his banjo, you can find him penning educational tunes for fellow teaching superstars. He also shares his home with a wise tortoise, a daily reminder of lifelong commitment gifted by his wife.
